Every Monday you get a CSV of licensed contractors in your states and counties whose insurance on file with the state expires in the next 60 days (workers' comp in CA, general liability in OK, general liability in OR), plus contractors who were newly licensed that week.
What's in each row
Business name, license number, trade, city, county, the business phone on the state record, insurance type and carrier, expiration date, days left, bond, license status and expiration, and a link to the verification page.

Where it comes from
Official state licensing records only (see sources). The feed covers California, Oklahoma (roofing), Oregon. We add states as they publish usable open data.
Subscribe: $99/month per state
Pick as many states as you like; you pay $99 a month for each one. Counties inside a state are free to narrow down. You get your first file right after checkout. No refunds, cancel anytime.

- How fresh is it?
- We check state records every day. The weekly file uses the latest check.
- Are the phone numbers on do-not-call lists?
- We don't check. They're business numbers from state license filings, but some may be mobile phones. You're responsible for scrubbing against DNC lists and following TCPA rules.
- Can I get a sample?
- Your first file arrives right after checkout, so you can judge it right away.
- What is the refund policy?
- No refunds. You can cancel anytime from the link in every email. You keep getting files until the end of the month you've paid for.
